We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the department by producing accurate documentation and providing general administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and format documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
Liaise with clients and colleagues to arrange appointments and provide updates
Maintain records and update internal systems
Handle general administrative tasks such as booking appointments, filing, and inputting receipts.
Requirements:
Strong administrative background with accurate and fast typing skills
Excellent communication skills and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Flexible, approachable, and willing to assist with additional tasks when required.
