In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the successful delivery of our LED Replacement Project. As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the team — providing essential administrative support to our Project Managers and on-site delivery teams to help ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate project records
Managing data entry
Handling incoming queries
Assisting with scheduling tasks
Creating and issuing work packs for streetlighting projects
Raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
Inputting and updating data across various internal systems
Producing performance and progress reports
Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Proactive and organised approach
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using multiple communication platforms such as telephone, email, Teams, and video conferencing
Nice to have:
An understanding of the Highways Permit or Licence process for working on the highways
Previous experience supporting large or complex infrastructure or construction projects
