Job Responsibility

  • Work alongside debt caseworkers to carry out activities preparing clients for debt advice
  • Support clients to complete a budget in advance of appointment
  • Gather client paperwork
  • Progress client case after advice received
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Manage text messages, e-signatures and electronic document upload requests
  • Make referrals
  • Ensure records are updated in line with policy
  • Liaise with clients and third parties
