We are looking for an Administrator to join our Real Estate team based in the Milton Keynes office, part of the firm's Commercial Property & Development group.
Job Responsibility
opening and closing electronic and paper files
using a case management system to process and progress cases
carrying out post completion administration including billing and drafting and submitting Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns
drafting documents based on client-specific precedents
carrying out searches
photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and collating documentation in relation to contracts, leases and transfers
archiving, storage and retrieval of documentation (electronic and paper versions)
providing general administration and organisation of paperwork to support transactions
Requirements
previous office administrative experience, or strong academics with a willingness to learn
confidence with various IT systems and applications
the ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others
good communication skills with the confidence to liaise openly and clearly
the ability to produce a high standard of work, sometimes under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail
to be able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and confidence in your own ability
