Job Responsibility:
Provide wide-ranging administrative and project support across the Commercialisation, Executive Office, and Marketing functions
Play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
Coordinate complex diaries and travel
Support internal and external meetings and events
Help to deliver key projects and business initiatives
Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the business, ensuring they are fully supported with high-quality administration, clear communication, and excellent attention to detail
Get involved in a real variety of work, from trade show logistics and internal events to intranet updates and project coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders or teams
Strong diary and travel management skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and bespoke travel arrangements
Confident and adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing documents, records, and meeting logistics
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools, with a willingness to embrace new systems and AI tools to enhance efficiency
