Temporary Administrator (8-Week Contract). Location: Schools across Notting Hill & Kensington. The role involves digitising paper HR records, organising confidential records, assisting with administrative tasks, and travelling between schools. It is a hands-on short-term position in a friendly HR team.
Job Responsibility:
Scanning and uploading paper HR documents into the digital system
Organising and maintaining confidential records
Assisting with admin and data entry tasks
Travelling between school sites (typically 2 days to 1 week per site)
Requirements:
Current and in-date DBS (either on the Update Service or able to provide a valid, recent certificate) - this is essential and required before starting
Strong administrative or data entry experience
Great attention to detail and a methodical approach
Reliable, professional, and comfortable with routine/repetitive tasks
Flexible to travel between schools in the local area
