Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a varied and fast-paced role. The position involves handling sales and hire enquiries, preparing quotations, managing logistics, maintaining stock levels, generating invoices, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling incoming sales and hire enquiries via phone and email, and identifying customer requirements
  • Preparing quotations and raising advice notes using internal systems
  • Arranging couriers and managing logistics
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
  • Generating end-of-month hire invoices
  • Updating spreadsheets and inputting data accurately
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Confident using computerised systems and Excel
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
