Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is a key role providing accurate data to the HR system for starters, transfers, and leavers. The role’s primary focus is to check starter information details to maintain legislative compliance and enter this into the HR database. Placing standard adverts on job boards, completing offer letters and contracts along with other general email, letter and telephone communication are some of the other duties along with general office administration tasks. The role is office based in Thame, and you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm on alternative weeks. Full training will be given. The role will commence in May, which will provide a handover period for training and support into the role.
