Job Responsibility:
Providing full administrative support to all the services provided by the admin and HR team
Responsible for all administration tasks in Tianjin Office
Update and monitoring of the job register
Assistance with travel booking and any visa requirements as required by Project Manager
Opening of projects within the company server, NetSuite, and hard folders in a timely manner
Ensuring timesheets are submitted frequently and monitoring of timesheet submission
Assist with port pass submissions and clearance certificates as required
Liaising with the Senior Project Administrator to ensure that all project documentation and files are centrally located and accessible
Preparation of documents for meetings
Support the Office Manager as requested
Assisting with HR and Finance team as and when needed
Liaise with the office building management when required
Photocopying and printing various documents
Always comply with the company QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at ABL premises, projects and client sites
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Administrative professional
Relevant professional qualification
Good English communicator both verbal and written
Team orientated with the ability to multi-task
At least 1 year relevant work experience
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel software as a minimum
Good timekeeper
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Organized and enthusiastic
A mature outgoing personality
Efficient and effective with the ability to work under own initiative
