Proactive and organised Administrator to join dynamic operations team in Witham. This pivotal role supports both customers and internal teams, acting as a central hub for communication, coordination, and service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate team members
Provide telephone support to customers and resolve queries
Log service calls and follow up with relevant departments
Manage emails and follow up on jobs
Support site team support phoneline
Communicate schedule changes to sites
Contact sites when staff cannot gain access
Act as first point of contact between customers and service operations
Record fault reports and schedule engineer visits
Track service logs and ensure completion
Dispatch engineers with clear communication
Carry out daily administrative tasks including data entry and reports
Use industry systems daily
Pack and post goods as required
Maintain organized parts areas and stock control
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident telephone manner and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office and industry systems (training provided)
Previous experience in a support, logistics, or coordination role is desirable
A positive attitude and a willingness to represent the operations team
