Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
Typing and formatting documents and reports
Monitoring office supplies and ordering stationery
Filing and archiving important documents
Managing invoicing processes
Booking travel and accommodation for directors
Providing general administrative support across the business
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
