Job Responsibility:

Managing incoming calls and emails with a friendly demeanour
Maintaining accurate records and files to keep operations efficient
Assisting with project coordination and documentation
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Handling invoices and expense reports to help keep finances on track

Requirements:

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
