Job Responsibility:
Providing customer service and resolving issues via phone, email and on-site
Maintaining client records and updating databases
Working with Transport Manager to adjust drivers routes and schedules
Liaising with customers to organise collections
Regular communication with drivers for collection and delivery information
Creating reports for sales and accounts departments
Coordinating with depots for collection of loads
Checking waste carrier licences
Weighing in and out loads and completing paperwork
Requirements:
Prior administration experience
Customer service experience
Experience in manufacturing, logistics or transport preferred
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work well as part of a team and independently
Confident IT user
Excellent communication and organisational skills
