Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls
Preparing quote and sold packs for clients
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Updating internal systems and ensuring client data is accurate
Liaising with insurers and supporting advisers
Handling sensitive client information with care and confidentiality
Ensuring compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal standards
Requirements:
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to work efficiently with in-house systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player with a proactive attitude
DBS check required
