Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries
Process applications, updates, and maintain accurate records
Manage and update data using CRM systems
Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials
Maintain and update website content
Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement
Provide general administrative support and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Adaptable with a proactive approach
