Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to join a dynamic team in Edinburgh? Our client is seeking an Administrator to support their team and contribute to a collaborative working environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a busy administrative team. You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality support, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries
  • Process applications, updates, and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and update data using CRM systems
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide general administrative support and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
