Job Responsibility:
Coordinate interviews and facilitate paperwork completion for recruitment & onboarding
Ensure new hires receive equipment on time
Schedule industry-specific training sessions
Organize global and UK travel arrangements for engineers
Assist in onboarding new subcontractors
Follow up on information requests and keep systems updated
Oversee administrative tasks for a fleet of 100 vans and company cars
Requirements:
2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
Proactive team player who can handle pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to engage with a variety of people
Not afraid to push back when necessary
