Job Description

The Training Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operation of training programs. This role involves scheduling and tracking training courses, while maintaining accurate training records.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and administer training activities, inclusive of scheduling and booking resources
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations and training materials
  • Communicate training schedules, updates and reminders to participants and training staff
  • Organise logistics for training sessions, such as equipment setup and catering arrangements
  • Assist in managing training resources, including materials, equipment and facilities
  • Timely prepare reports on training activities, attendance and feedback
  • Accurately enter and maintain training-related data in training management systems
  • Provide administrative and technical support and assistance to training staff and participants
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend improvements aligned to the role

Requirements

  • Construction White Card - mandatory
  • Cert III in Business Administration or comparable
  • Cert IV in a Training or Human Resources field - preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative roles
  • Familiarity with training administration - highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software
  • Experience in the construction industry and/or training department - desirable
  • Experience in working in environment with camp accommodation - desirable
  • Exceptional organisational capability to manage training schedules, materials and records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail to maintain quality scheduling data and document standards
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent customer service management
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Strong Initiative and proactive personality
  • Effective collaborative and teamwork skills
