Job Description:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, an internationally renowned supplier and distributor of fresh produce, as an Administrator supporting their Sales Desks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inputting sales data into the IT system and monitoring stock levels
  • Handling invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Maintaining organised files on products and suppliers, both digitally and on paper
  • Developing professional telephone relationships with customers and depots
  • Proactively resolving stock-related queries and assisting the team in various administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (preferably Excel)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Good organisational skills, demonstrating systematic and tidy work habits
  • An eye for detail with a focus on accuracy
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
