We are seeking a dedicated Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Edmonton. This role is pivotal to our success and requires an individual who is organised, efficient, and passionate about supporting our mission.
Job Responsibility:
To provide a professional reception service and excellent customer service to all customers/visitors in person and on the telephone
To maintain and update the in-house reception systems, folders and logs
To effectively manage the administration of purchase orders, deliveries and invoices
To assist in ensuring that the office and supported housing environment is safe and secure for all clients, staff and visitors in line with organisational policies and procedures especially regarding safeguarding, health and safety etc
To report and record any incidents, complaints or allegations of abuse to the Service Manager or other Senior Managers immediately
Requirements:
Good communication skills including both written and oral
Excellent IT skills and an up to date knowledge of Microsoft office packages, and social media
Tactful and diplomatic, able to deal with sensitive situations
Ability to work either alone and as part of a team
Good customer service skills, knowing when to seek advice for complex/difficult situations
