Job Responsibility
Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls
Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork
Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place
Maintaining multiple shared inboxes
Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing
Warehouse cover when required
Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly
Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative experience
Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
