Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls
  • Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork
  • Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place
  • Maintaining multiple shared inboxes
  • Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing
  • Warehouse cover when required
  • Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative experience
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service mindset
