Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Coordinate client onboarding and maintain client records. Assist with project administration, tracking deadlines and deliverables. Process invoices, expenses, and other business documentation as required. Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
