Job Description

You will work with the operations manager to manage the pension schemes which include schemes administration, customer servicing, accounting, auditing, preparation of statistics and management reports.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and handle daily administrative and coordination duties based on service agreement with clients
  • Ensure all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentations and audit trails
  • Conduct research on clients’ queries and provide appropriate recommendation accordingly
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder
  • HR experience in C&B field is a plus
  • Customer services and operations experience on MPF/ORSO retirement schemes is a plus
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer focus, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)

Nice to have

  • HR experience in C&B field
  • Customer services and operations experience on MPF/ORSO retirement schemes
