Job Description:

Administrator/PA role providing administrative support, attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas, maintaining records, and liaising with various stakeholders to support services for vulnerable children and families

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support
  • Attend meetings, taking clear minutes
  • Prepare agendas, distribute meeting papers, and follow up on action points
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure sensitive information is handled confidentially
  • Liaise with workers, managers, and external partners to coordinate meetings and communications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within a public sector or social care setting
  • Excellent minute-taking skills with the ability to capture complex discussions clearly and professionally
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and digital meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a commitment to supporting vulnerable children and families
