Job Description

The Role of Administration is to provide office support assist in the day-to-day administration of the project to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, accounts processing and coding for P&E, RDA & PO facilitation. These positions are in remote challenging areas with extreme cold temperatures which need to be considered before applying for these roles.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring all General Services rosters are current and up to date in INX
  • End of month reporting – coordinating end of month requirements and compiling end of month reports
  • Assist in the coordination of onsite events, functions and VIP visits
  • Assisting in the ordering and stock taking including but not limited to office supplies, food, maintenance spares and other stock on hand within the facility
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Entering weekly timesheets for General Services personnel (Pinnacle, NX Blue etc) as per the procedure
  • E7 time sheet data entry – daily/weekly
  • Assisting department supervisors with administrative tasks including but not limited to transport and maintenance

Requirements

  • White Card
  • C Class Driver’s License
  • Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency – particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in following written communication including job orders and directions
  • Experience in accounts payable processing
  • Sound knowledge of local WHS standards and regulations
  • Demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of computers and Microsoft software packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to implement and follow through on multiple issues and to achieve productive results
