We are looking for experts who will create IT projects with us for the largest companies in Poland and abroad. We're currently looking for a candidate for our client in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, maintain and manage BOM components and production assemblies in the ERP (QAD) system
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflow to ensure timely and accurate updates of BOM master data
  • Create Manufacturing BOMs based on Engineering BOMs
  • Support the Change Implementation Leaders team in implementing changes into serial production
  • Ensure data consistency between ERP and PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter)
  • Participate in change management processes related to BOM updates

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience working with Bills of Materials in an ERP system
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems

Nice to have:

  • Experience with QAD is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter (PLM) and change management processes is a plus
