The Leave Administrator will be responsible for managing employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their leave entitlements and processes. They will also be responsible for Accommodation and serve as a backup to the program coordinator. This position requires strong communication skills, detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor's required
One year of office administration and tracking
Preferred experience with Banner, PageUp, and/or Human Resources
