Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to support operations within the EDI environment in the healthcare industry. The role involves monitoring, investigating, and resolving issues within the Cencora production multi-platform Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with external trading partners and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and process improvement. This role requires a commitment to adhere to a 24x7 roster, including early mornings, days, nights, and weekends as per a rotating shift schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide production support, analyze, and resolve common production errors caused by routing issues, translation errors, data discrepancies, connectivity failures, and configuration issues
  • Work closely with business users and partners for the resolution of production issues
  • Monitor transactional activity within the Cencora multi-platform/multi-environment EDI system
  • Work with service providers to ensure business-critical EDI transactions are received, sent, and delivered, and SLAs are met
  • Use standardized tools, SOPs, and rule sets to ensure service delivery, provide optimal communications, and record analytical information needed for the continuous improvement cycle
  • Develop and optimize business processes in support of partner onboarding and other EDI organizational tools
  • Support other Cencora EDI teams with both day-to-day issues and project activities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B integration, implementation, and support experience utilizing EDI products
  • Strong experience with IBM Sterling Integrator or Axway B2B Interchange
  • Experience with handling most EDI formats is a must, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting SAP IDOC data-related issues
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and supporting business flows within EDI
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
  • Understanding of ANSI X12 EDI standards and knowledge of EDI Integration
  • Understanding of production support, support structure, ticketing tools like ServiceNow, shared mailbox support, SLAs
  • Understanding inter-connection of applications (Enterprise Application integration) in a production environment
  • Experience in analyzing, reporting transaction failures, file delivery failure Issues
  • Good communication, reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of EDI transactions, ITX mapping knowledge, B2b Integration, business process analysis/development
  • Knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Dashboard and different sections inside the tool to handle Production Support scenarios
  • Experience with Axway B2BI, Lightwell B2B Framework
  • Experience with Oracle database
  • Experience with SQL Developer

  • Prior experience using Axway to support data exchange is preferred
