This is an exciting new role within our Health, Safety & Compliance and Facilities teams, providing crucial administrative and operational support to help us maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across all our sites and services. This is a dynamic and varied administrative role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate records, registers and documentation
Coordinating inspections, audits, contractor visits and training
Helping track statutory compliance deadlines (fire safety, water hygiene, PAT testing, gas safety etc.)
Supporting the development of policies, procedures, reports and dashboards
Managing shared inboxes and responding to routine queries
Keeping our digital systems and documentation up to date and audit‑ready
Acting as a liaison point for internal teams, contractors and external partners
Requirements:
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
Strong communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Analytical, with good attention to detail
Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Experience in health & safety, compliance, facilities or property management
Experience maintaining records, registers or logs
Understanding of health & safety or compliance requirements (HSWA, COSHH, RIDDOR, etc.)
Experience coordinating training or meetings
Familiarity with risk assessments, inspections or audit processes
Relevant training such as IOSH Working Safely or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
