Administrator - Foundation and Pathways

• Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with SIT, TEC, and Ministry of Education requirements
• Maintain strong communication with secondary school partners, SIT staff, external providers, and stakeholders
• Assist with planning, coordination, and promotion of target programmes
• Support student selection, admission, and provide guidance on attendance, performance, and welfare matters
• Contribute to programme evaluation, development, and continuous improvement
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to engage schools and communities
• Support professional and personal development initiatives, maintaining currency in tertiary education administration

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with students, schools, staff, and external partners
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and programmes efficiently
• Knowledge of secondary and tertiary education systems is an advantage
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and positive student outcomes
