Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established estate agency based in Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will provide vital administrative support to the sales team while delivering a high level of service to clients and prospective buyers.

Job Responsibility

  • Registering new buyers and maintaining accurate client records
  • Preparing property brochures and marketing materials
  • Liaising with buyers and arranging viewings
  • Managing diaries and supporting the sales team
  • Assisting with invoicing, payments, and administration
  • Supporting KYC and anti-money laundering processes
  • Keeping office systems, databases, and displays up to date
  • General administrative support as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a team
  • An interest in property or the estate agency sector is highly desirable
