Job Description

Our client, a well-established property management company in North York, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Property Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced office environment and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of property administration experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Yardi. You will play a key role in supporting the Property Management team and ensuring administrative processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Maintain and update tenant files, lease documentation, and property records
  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable processes and invoice tracking ...
  • Prepare reports, tenant correspondence, and notices
  • Accurately enter and manage data within Yardi
  • Coordinate service requests and liaise with tenants and vendors as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property administration (commercial experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Yardi (required)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work fully in-office, five days per week
