Job Description:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing energy bills, managing operational rating software and assisting in the production of Display Energy Certificates (DECs). You will work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure compliance with energy performance regulations and contribute to the efficient management of energy-related documentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Co-ordinate with clients to obtain required documentation and energy-related information
  • Process energy bills and track energy consumption data for clients
  • Use operational rating software to input energy data and generate Display Energy Certificates (DECs)
  • Maintain accurate records of energy bills, DECs, and related compliance documents
  • Ensure all relevant energy data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with current legislation and standards
  • Support the team with any additional compliance and energy-related tasks as needed
  • Assist with administrative duties related to energy assessments and reports
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with changes in energy regulations and compliance requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries related to energy billing and compliance processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in energy management or compliance)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when managing data and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to systems and processes

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with energy billing processes and energy efficiency certifications is desirable
  • Experience with operational rating software and/or Energy Certificates is desirable
