Our client is currently looking for an office clerk role in a warehouse setting . Do you want to work Monday to Friday? Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and dispatch inbound and outbound orders
  • Coordinate and participate in warehouse inventory activities such as cycle counts, product audits, etc.
  • Update and enter order details along with other data entry as required
  • Assist in picking, receiving and other warehouse functions
  • Invoicing
  • Carry out all tasks inherent to the position

Requirements

  • Computer skill
  • English with a functional French
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to solve problems quickly
  • Ability to set priorities according to the changing needs of daily operations
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent team spirit
  • English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis

  • Ensure loads scheduled are released for loading
  • Perform shipping/receiving administrative duties (filing, prepare reports, clerical tasks)
  • Coordinate raw materials deliveries for production as needed by site
  • verify against packing lists and COA’s
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to make sure enough product is available for the required ship date
  • Perform daily verification of raw materials, concentrates, ingredients, packaging materials and pallets to ensure successful completion of the upcoming production schedule as needed by site
