We are currently looking for a administrative support To work closely with members of the marketing team and will be keep up to date on expediting and exceptions folders & incoming requests. Updating pricing and lead times on POs, resolving shipping requests and POs on hold. Manage bridge operations.
Job Responsibility:
Resolve on hold POs
Update system/POs with the most up to date information from vendors
Pass product availability information & pricing along to customers
Keep Expediting folders up to date and reply to all requests in a timely manner
Inform pricing and sales teams of any discontinued items or price changes to be made
Manage bridge (back up for employees on vacation)
Resolve all exceptions requests
Understand, Support and Implement ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Excel & Word
Experience with outlook
Diplomacy
Written and spoken French is required
Written and spoken English is required
