We are currently looking for an administrative support for a sick leave replacement for 3-6 months. This person will work closely with members of the marketing team and will be responsible to support internal projects related to product content management. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to acquire, store &; manage product attributes while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
Job Responsibility:
Back end management of our customer contact database
entering all data
Data entry within the computer software program
Work with the Marketing Manager to establish the customer criteria for various mailing and email marketing efforts
Sort, clean and organize contact lists for our various marketing efforts
Finalize email communications and schedule to go out to customers
Triage incoming requests (email and social media) and assign to correct teams
Formulate and post public responses to customer reviews
Assist in various projects in support of our on-going marketing and corporate efforts
Execute routine audit procedures to ensure the best processes
Identify quality issues and communicate to appropriate personnel
You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
Secondary diploma
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas
High attention to detail
Excellent reading/writing skills
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and easily and rapidly shift priorities
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English
English spoken with a functional French (spoken and written)
