Our client, a growing women’s fashion brand, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and can help keep teams organized, responsive, and efficient. This company operates through a direct sales and personal styling model, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting a business that works closely with independent stylists, customers, and internal teams rather than a traditional retail store environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records, files, and internal documentation
Support data entry, order-related administrative tasks, and system updates
Assist with meeting coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up items
Handle inbound emails, calls, and inquiries, routing information to the appropriate contacts
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting, as needed
Monitor office supply levels and support general office operations
Assist with special projects related to sales support, stylist support, customer experience, or operations
Help ensure timely and professional communication across internal teams and external partners
Requirements
2+ years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, customer-focused approach with a high level of discretion
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable supporting a dynamic business with distributed sales or field-based teams
Nice to have
Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or direct sales environments
Prior experience supporting sales support, field teams, customer service, or business operations
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
Experience working in a brand-driven or entrepreneurial environment
