Our client located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is looking for a secretary-receptionist for the position of secretary-receptionist, able to establish priorities and work and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The administrative support representative will handle various tasks and responsibilities throughout the company.
Job Responsibility:
Answering the phone and routing calls
Drafting of emails, letters, submissions, reports and other correspondence in French and English
General accounting assistance (payable and receivable)
Filing of documents
Purchasing office and warehouse supplies
Shipping documents (mail and customs) and receiving
Data entry
Follow up on orders
Other related tasks
Requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years)
Bilingualism (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office software
Diploma in secretarial or office automation, a definite asset
