Job Description

The administrative support II for the motor vehicle department will provide excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic and will be able to multi-task. The successful candidate must be able to think critically, be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated. Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn and master several different software applications used within the office. Flexibility and adaptability to work with changing policies and procedures and the ability to cross-train in each facet of the office including Elections and Recording. Working with and meeting deadlines is essential. This position will work three, ten hour days/week.
