Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant
  • Follow up on files, including deadline management and reminders
  • Update, manage, and file administrative documents
  • Enter and update data in internal systems
  • Answer phone calls and emails while ensuring professional customer service
  • Replace the receptionist during absences
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Perform any other related administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written (Canadian and U.S. clientele)
  • Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to have

Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
