Job Responsibility:
Scan documents received by the disability department
Set up direct deposits for disability files
Process invoice payments
Deposit and handle incoming checks
Manage the department’s email inboxes
Receive and process mail from Canada Post
Coordinate the sending of documents via courier or special delivery services
Distribute check copies
Prepare checks for issuing
Close disability files
Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or have approximately one year of experience in a similar role
Have a strong customer service orientation
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English
Possess a very good command of French, both spoken and written
Be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues
