Job Description

Transport Bourassa, a fast-growing company, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant in daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key administrative support role within a team where collaboration and accuracy are essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant
  • Follow up on files, including managing deadlines and reminders
  • Ensure the updating, management, and filing of administrative documents
  • Perform data entry and update information in internal systems
  • Answer phone calls and emails while providing professional customer service
  • Replace the receptionist during absences
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Perform administrative tasks requested in close collaboration with the Executive Assistant, who remains responsible for coordinating and validating files
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure consistency and compliance in the processing of administrative files
  • Perform any other related administrative duties

Requirements

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English (intermediate or advanced level) to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities while following work instructions
