We are working with a client downtown Cleveland, and they are looking for a long-term Family Development Specialist to join our team and collaborate with low-income families and individuals, supporting them through long-term development strategies using a case management model. In this role, you will partner with participants to assess their needs, develop personalized service plans, and connect them with essential community resources. You will maintain a designated caseload, provide referrals across a range of social service issues, and offer targeted support and advocacy to those seeking assistance through their programs.

Requirements
Associate degree
At least two years of experience in office administration or a related field within a large social services organization, or equivalent education and experience
