Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, performs a variety of routine administrative and clerical duties, keeping official records, budget assistance, payroll, accounts payable and providing administrative support to the department staff.

Requirements:
Graduation from a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business management, or a closely related field
Three years of related experience
Any equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience, with additional work experience substituting for the required education on a year for year basis
