We are looking for a dependable Administrative Service Coordinator to support daily service operations for an organization in Bedford, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position that requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who enjoys keeping schedules organized, handling inbound communication, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The ideal candidate is eager to learn through onsite training and can help create a smooth experience for both customers and internal team members.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate daily administrative activities to support service operations and keep workflows organized and on schedule
Answer incoming calls courteously, assist customers with routine inquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate team members
Maintain calendars, arrange appointments, and schedule service-related activities to support efficient field and office operations
Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide friendly front-line support that reflects strong customer service and clear communication
Learn company processes through onsite training and apply them effectively in day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist management with general coordination duties to help maintain continuity while the role is staffed on a contract basis
Requirements
