Our client, a leading global asset manager located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long-term Temporary Administrative Receptionist to add to their team! There is headcount for a permanent position, and the ideal candidate is open to this opportunity for the long-term.
Job Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact upon arrival and meet and greet visitors and employees, including all levels of the organization
Seat guests in the conference room, offer beverages, and provide top notch customer service
Maintain general office/conference room cleanliness and organization
Manage some administrative responsibilities including circulating calendar invites with Zoom links, sending emails to internal and external parties, and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks upon request
Requirements
Previous experience in a front-facing, customer-service oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
No task too big or too small mentality
Quick learner with a strong work ethic and desire to make a good impression
