Our client, a highly professional and fast-paced Family Office specializing in private investments, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Receptionist/Office Manager to support daily office operations and executive scheduling functions. This role combines front desk responsibilities, office management, and executive assistant support within a collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for approximately 8-10 team members
Oversee scheduling and coordination of two conference rooms to ensure seamless daily operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for office coordination, including monitoring team attendance and office presence
Coordinate monthly team lunches and internal office events
Handle grocery ordering, office supply procurement, and general office upkeep
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external offices/vendors
Provide administrative and operational support to multiple senior professionals
Assist with general IT troubleshooting and technology coordination as needed
Maintain a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented office environment
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a polished demeanor
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, and DocuSign
Prior experience supporting executives or managing office operations preferred
