Job Description

The Administrative Program Director (Volunteer) is responsible for planning and running a successful weekly tennis program using the ACEing Autism curriculum. They handle communication, recruitment, and logistical planning at each clinic, reporting to the Director of Program Operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle communication, recruitment of volunteers and participants, and logistical planning at each clinic

Requirements

  • Plan and schedule tennis program sessions
  • Communicate with National Office for session planning
  • Attend training for platforms (RegFox, Galaxy)
  • Communicate with participant parents and volunteers
  • Ensure participant and volunteer registration and screening
  • Schedule and conduct volunteer training
  • Pair volunteers with participants
  • Maintain relationships with volunteers and parents
  • Attend social media training
  • Recruit volunteers and participants through local schools and organizations
  • Ensure program branding compliance
  • Supervise on-court programs
  • Facilitate volunteer and parent return rates
