Job Responsibility:
Data and Records: High volume data entry and maintaining database integrity
Communication Flow: Professional inbox management and acting as a gatekeeper for correspondence
Telephony: Confidently handling inbound enquiries and making outbound professional calls
Meeting Governance: Coordinating schedules and providing precise minute taking for internal and external meetings
Scheduling: Sophisticated diary management and appointment setting
Finance Support: Assisting with basic accounts including processing invoices or expense tracking
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A minimum of one to two years in a professional office environment is essential
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in the MS Office Suite
Outlook, Word, and Excel are a must
Professionalism: A polished communication style and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Reliability: A track record of punctuality and meeting deadlines in a fast paced setting
