Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative / Production Coordinator to join our team within M-SA-CI Digital Ship Systems. You will play a key role in keeping our team operations running smoothly, supporting both administrative and light technical tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle and coordinate the team's administrative requests, as well as straightforward technical inquiries
  • Follow up on project and job status with team members to ensure timely delivery
  • Distribute and assign tasks and jobs across the team
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project delivery, commercial offers, and invoicing
  • Prepare and manage standard commercial offers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (working language is English)
  • Strong IT skills
  • you are comfortable navigating and working efficiently with various digital systems and tools
  • Experience from a technical environment is considered an advantage
