We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive managing multiple business ventures. This dynamic role combines administrative duties with personal and household assistance, offering a balance of engaging tasks. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements across various business entities
  • Facilitate communication by handling correspondence and acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and key stakeholders

Requirements:
